Vegetation Technician

As a Vegetation Technician, you will work outdoors, manage service routes, and apply pest control products while building relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create 'Customers for Life' by delivering excellent service every time - Managing Your Service Route: You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Vegetation Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks - Applies appropriate chemical solutions, green solutions, and fertilizers to lawn and landscape, meeting company and state regulations - Fulfills orders and completes daily route schedule, and procedural paperwork - Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs - Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied - Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer - Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines - Safety First: You’ll maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle.
