Job Description
Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize the Credit Union’s core banking system and related business applications. This role partners closely with business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure systems are operating efficiently, supporting operational needs, and enhancing both the member and employee experience.
The Business Systems Analyst will support application administration, troubleshoot system issues, assist with upgrades and integrations, analyze business processes, and help identify technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery. This role also supports cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery planning, audit readiness, and ongoing system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and administer core banking and related business applications
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal teams
• Maintain system configurations, user access, documentation, and workflows
• Partner with business units to identify process improvements and system enhancements
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, integrations, and implementation support
• Support disaster recovery planning, cybersecurity initiatives, and audit activities
• Participate in on-call support rotation as needed
Qualifications
• Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience supporting core banking systems or enterprise business applications
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience with system configuration, integrations, and user administration
• Familiarity with financial institution systems and regulatory requirements preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business users

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base salary range for this position is $75,00 - $85,000, excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
