Technical Support Specialist

Summary: Ringy is a user-friendly CRM platform dedicated to helping businesses optimize their processes. They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective support and guidance on their platform. Responsibilities: - Diligently answer client’s questions and concerns in our support queue with empathy and compassion - Eager to accept inbound calls - Occasionally participate in Webinars - Utilize meeting softwares such as Zoom - Manage customer relationships from initial contact through resolution - Onboarding new users after 6 months of support training - Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Highschool Diploma - Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience supporting customers - Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting techniques - Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills - Advanced Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in CRM or SaaS systems is a plus - Familiarity with customer service tools and platforms is advantageous Required Skills: Technical Support, Troubleshooting, CRM Systems, SaaS Systems, Customer Service Tools, Meeting Software, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Empathy, Compassion, Decision Making Benefits: Health / vision / dental insurance / life insurance, Paid vacations and sick days, 401(k) retirement plan, $50 per month towards gym membership
