Inventory Associate - Dollar Teams

Summary: RGIS is a company that specializes in inventory counting and management, and they are seeking Inventory Associates to work collaboratively in counting inventory for clients. The role requires accuracy, adherence to procedures, and excellent customer service, with responsibilities including the use of inventory data collection equipment and achieving productivity goals. Responsibilities: - Proficient with the RGIS handheld computer and other inventory equipment - Achieve established productivity goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked - Ability to work assigned shifts and adhere to a flexible schedule with varying hours to include working an extreme schedule, resulting in long hours on occasion - Ability to work in various work environments, such as stores, warehouses, outside industries, etc., with potential exposure to cold and heat - Ability to relate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation - Demonstrates a sense of urgency and delivers excellent output Required Qualifications: - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all duties - Access to reliable transportation - Prolonged standing with occasional walking (frequent) - Repetitive motions requiring use of both wrists and hands as well as fingers (frequent) - Able to work for extended periods of time (frequent) - Frequent walking, standing, reaching, stretching, squatting, and kneeling (frequent) - Use of ladders and step stools. (frequent) - Balancing when counting stock from ladder (frequent) - Conveying detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately and quickly (frequent) - Able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds (occasional) - Ability to work in various customer locations with various work conditions - Able to travel by car (frequently) and by plane (occasional) - Able to travel including overnight stays (frequent; 90% travel) Preferred Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) - Prior teamwork experience in a customer service setting preferred - Inventory experience a plus Required Skills: RGIS handheld computer Important Skills: Inventory procedures, Customer service Nice-to-Have Skills: High School Diploma, Teamwork experience Benefits: Opportunities for advancement, Paid training, 401(k)
