About the Opportunity
Green’s Drug Mart is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our Placentia location. This is an opportunity to practise with genuine clinical autonomy in a supportive, community-focused pharmacy environment — without the burnout often associated with traditional retail pharmacy.

Compensation & Contract Flexibility
Starting from $70+/hour, with flexible compensation options tailored to your priorities and lifestyle goals:
Option 1 — Maximum Earnings
Ideal for pharmacists who prefer enhanced hourly compensation and independent benefit arrangements.

Option 2 — Balanced Compensation & Benefits
Ideal for candidates seeking strong compensation combined with long-term stability and support.

Option 3 — Relocation & Lifestyle Support
Designed for pharmacists relocating or commuting to Placentia.
Includes everything in Option 2, plus one of:

Scheduling
Flexible scheduling arrangements available, including compressed work models:

Scope of Practice
Pharmacists are supported to practise to the full scope, including:
• Medication reviews • Patient counselling • Immunizations and injections • Minor ailments prescribing • Diabetes management • Additional clinical services aligned with your professional interests
Commitment
Flexible commitment options available, including permanent or fixed-term arrangements.
A minimum 1-year commitment is preferred.
Requirements
We are seeking a pharmacist who brings strong clinical skills, professionalism, and leadership potential.
Qualifications include:
• Minimum 1+ year(s) of pharmacist experience required • Eligibility with CPNL to serve as Pharmacist in Charge • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Ability to build trust with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals • Experience supporting teams and implementing patient-focused programs • Interest in flexible or compressed scheduling arrangements • Commitment to patient-centred, community-focused care
