Job Description
Summary: Returnalyze is an AI-powered returns prevention platform helping retailers reduce losses due to returns. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and booking qualified meetings with high-level decision-makers in the fashion and footwear industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect into VP and C-suite buyers at fashion, apparel, and footwear retailers
- Execute personalized multi-channel outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Research accounts and find the specific angle that earns a reply
- Book qualified discovery meetings and hand off to the AE team
- Hit weekly activity targets and contribute to a culture of accountability
- Continuously refine your messaging based on what's working
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in prospecting into VP and C-suite buyers at fashion, apparel, and footwear retailers
- Ability to execute personalized multi-channel outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Strong research skills to find specific angles that earn replies
- Proven ability to book qualified discovery meetings and hand off to the AE team
- Capability to hit weekly activity targets and contribute to a culture of accountability
- Willingness to continuously refine messaging based on performance
