Job Description
Summary: RemoteHunter is a company that connects homeowners with skilled professionals in the home services industry. The Recruiting Coordinator role focuses on managing the initial stages of the hiring process for sales and customer care positions, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline and a professional candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review high volumes of applications and screen resumes for sales and customer care roles
- Assign qualified candidates to appropriate recruiters promptly in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Search the candidate database for potential fits from previous applicants
- Organize and execute outreach campaigns to maintain talent engagement
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to manage prospects and send outreach messages when possible
- Maintain accurate candidate data and manage tags and stages in the ATS
- Handle candidate correspondence to provide timely status updates and professional communication
- Collaborate with recruiting team to identify and resolve top-of-funnel bottlenecks
- Support additional recruitment-related projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting, human resources, or high-volume administrative roles; sourcing experience preferred
- Experience managing candidates in an ATS, with preference for Greenhouse or Ashby
- Ability to quickly review large volumes of resumes, identifying key skills and traits for success
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining organized, up-to-date systems
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette
- Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to team collaboration supporting full-cycle recruiters
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
