Job Description
Summary: TEKsystems is searching for a Junior Process Analyst to support a large financial institution client during a period of positive organizational change. This role will partner closely with HR teams to document current‑state processes, support working sessions and workshops, and help organize and maintain clear, usable process documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Document current‑state HR processes through workshops, interviews, and working sessions
- Create clear process maps, narratives, checklists, and supporting documentation
- Capture notes, decisions, and action items during workshops
- Coordinate follow‑ups and help maintain project momentum
- Track deliverables, risks, and open items in partnership with an internal project manager
- Identify gaps, handoff issues, and opportunities for process clarity or improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future employer sponsorship
- 1–4 years of experience supporting or documenting business or HR processes
- Experience creating clear, easy‑to‑understand documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
