Job Description
Summary: EDF power solutions North America has been providing clean energy solutions throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico since 1987. This internship position will support the Transmission & Interconnection team in documenting interconnection processes related to renewable energy projects and involves gathering data, creating documentation, and developing standardized templates and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis of key interconnection related materials, including tariffs, TO/RTOs presentations, study reports and business manuals
- Synthetize critical information in clear and concise documentation
- Manage the Interconnection Documentation system where all documentation will be located and organized by Development region
Required Qualifications:
- bachelors-degree
- Currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and comfort using web-based industry intelligence solutions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimum supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in renewable energy, investment banking, or management consulting a plus
