Job Description
Summary: SSF Imported Auto Parts, LLC is an industry leader in the distribution of high-quality parts for European cars. They are seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to perform various HR tasks in a part-time remote role, focusing on documentation, recruitment support, and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and filing critical Human Resources documents
- Performing audits for completeness, accuracy, and reporting discrepancies
- Support recruitment and employer branding by assisting with job postings and company presence on job sites
- Perform a variety of Human Resources administrative tasks as assigned
- Assist with the Learning Management System (LMS) program for employee training
- Assist with participation in job fairs and recruiting events
- Effectively manage time and prioritize multiple HR-related tasks and deadlines
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and confidential demeanor
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and incompliance with company policy and applicable laws
Required Qualifications:
- bachelors-degree
- Work Monday through Friday for 10 hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college or university program
- Coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or equivalent courses
