The Dispatcher/Router Combo plays a critical role in managing routes and service orders to ensure efficient and timely waste collection and disposal, directly impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Dispatch drivers to service calls based on customer needs, driver location, and load information - Collaborate with sites and service departments to optimize routing for customers - Determine daily driver staffing levels to balance responsiveness and productivity - Assign routes and service tickets daily and manage route completion - Handle incoming communications from customer service and sales regarding pick-up and delivery requests - Communicate with customers during on-site service to resolve delays or issues - Troubleshoot and resolve delivery and pick-up problems proactively - Ensure same-day service for missed pick-ups by managing routing and tracking driver locations Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or G.E.D.
