Job Description
Summary: City Electric Supply (CES) is a family-owned electrical wholesaler that focuses on providing excellent customer service. The Counter Sales/Warehouse position serves as a key face-to-face contact for customers, generating sales and handling orders while maintaining warehouse organization and supporting other branches.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone
- Receive and handle warehouse material
- Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships
- Assist with customer deliveries as needed
Required Qualifications:
- One year of work experience preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ambitious and motivated to grow within the organization
- Team player with an open-minded approach
- Customer service focused
