Care Service Operations & Strategy Internship

Summary: Carrum Health is a health tech company focused on transforming the healthcare system to enhance patient experiences. They are seeking an intern to drive operational excellence, conduct data analysis, and support strategic initiatives in a fast-paced digital health startup environment. Responsibilities: - Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical functions, including staff training, medical record collection, and member travel logistics - Conduct rigorous data analysis to understand Carrum’s member funnel, identifying "leakage" and highlighting key areas for strategic focus - Act as the internal champion for AI efficiency, using prompt engineering (specifically with Gemini and Hex) to streamline documentation, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance output quality - Partner with senior leaders to turn analytical insights into high-impact growth and efficiency initiatives - Create clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations to report findings and recommendations to the executive team - Get exposure to managers and leaders with excellence in business acumen - Network and build relationships within our organization - Participate in all events available to our employees Required Qualifications: - masters-degree - available from June 8, 2025 to August 18, 2026 - own laptop or computer and a stable internet connection in order to work remotely - technologically savvy with a deep understanding of how to leverage AI tools like Gemini and Hex through advanced prompt engineering - strong communicator who can influence thinking and action across a wide array of stakeholders - highly analytical and comfortable with spreadsheets, able to interpret complex data sets - entrepreneurial and resourceful, finding creative ways to make a big impact quickly without needing constant direction - ability to balance quantitative data with the qualitative, human elements of patient care Required Skills: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Data Analysis, Prompt Engineering, Gemini AI, Hex AI Benefits: $7,500.00 paid in semi-monthly installments.
