Job Description
Summary: Reliant Group Management is a real estate private equity firm specializing in the acquisition, management, and repositioning of multifamily properties across high-growth markets in the United States. They are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Multifamily Acquisition Interns to gain hands-on exposure to institutional commercial real estate investing, including involvement in acquisitions, underwriting, and market research.
Responsibilities:
- Support the acquisitions team in underwriting prospective multifamily investments, including building and reviewing financial models, rent rolls, and operating statements
- Conduct in-depth market research on target submarkets, including rent comparables, sales comparables, demographic trends, and competitive supply analysis
- Assist with the preparation of investment memoranda, deal screening materials, and investment committee presentations
- Compile and maintain market data, deal pipeline trackers, and other internal investment resources
- Provide additional analytical and administrative support to the deal team as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Strong interest in commercial real estate, with a focus on multifamily investment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with financial modeling and PowerPoint
- Any AI knowledge is a bonus
