Leasing Specialist (Floater) - Full Time

Summary: Redstone Residential is a national student and multi-family housing operator, managing more than 38,000 beds across 20 states. They are seeking a Leasing Specialist to assist with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community, ensuring excellent customer service and teamwork to achieve leasing goals. Responsibilities: - Assist residents, & prospects with daily needs in a professional manner (rent payments, ledger questions, etc.) - Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork - Work with your team to reach daily and weekly leasing goals - Maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of the community to quickly respond to inquiries - Work collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment Required Qualifications: - 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience - Strong communication skills - Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations - Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service - Warm, friendly demeanor - Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc - High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus Required Skills: Customer Service, Sales, Entrata Software, Property Management Software, Basic Computer Skills, Typing, Calmness under pressure, Friendly demeanor Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, 15 days of PTO and 10 paid holidays, 3 Paid service days, Paid parental leave, 401K Plan with up to 6% matching, Continued Education Program, Employee Assistance Program, Professional Development Program, Short-term Disability Insurance
