Product Engineer Intern — Crypto & AI Infrastructure

Summary: RedCoin Capital is seeking a highly motivated Product Engineering Intern to work on emerging products and internal tooling focused on decentralized AI infrastructure and portfolio intelligence. The role involves assisting in building user-facing product features and collaborating with leadership on product workflows and technical experimentation. Responsibilities: - Assist in building and refining user-facing product features, dashboards, and simulation interfaces related to decentralized AI and digital asset infrastructure - Support development of data-driven systems that organize, visualize, and simplify complex portfolio, staking, and market information for users - Collaborate with leadership on product workflows, feature testing, UX improvements, and technical experimentation across internal tools and public-facing applications - Work with APIs, structured datasets, and analytics pipelines to support simulation logic, historical analysis, and portfolio intelligence functionality - Help design and implement scalable frontend and backend components using modern development frameworks and engineering best practices - Contribute to debugging, performance optimization, and quality assurance efforts to improve reliability, responsiveness, and usability across products - Participate in product research, technical discussions, and rapid prototyping efforts focused on emerging technologies, decentralized systems, and AI-related infrastructure - Translate technical requirements and complex system behavior into intuitive user experiences and clean product interactions - Assist with documentation, testing workflows, and iterative product improvements in a fast-moving startup environment - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and strategy teams to support long-term platform development and operational scalability Required Qualifications: - Strong programming experience in one or more languages such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, C++, Java, or similar - Familiarity with modern development frameworks, APIs, databases, and frontend/backend engineering concepts - Experience building technical, data-driven, or user-facing projects through internships, research, startups, coursework, hackathons, or personal work - Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities with attention to scalability, usability, and performance - Interest in product engineering, simulation systems, analytics, AI infrastructure, decentralized systems, financial technology, or digital assets - Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities - Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate technical ideas into practical product improvements Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related technical field strongly preferred - Familiarity with UX/UI principles, data visualization, product design workflows, or user-centered development is a plus - Experience with AI/ML systems, optimization workflows, cloud infrastructure, or quantitative/data-oriented projects is a plus - Curiosity about emerging technologies and willingness to learn complex systems and concepts quickly Required Skills: Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, C++, Java, APIs, Databases, Frontend engineering, Backend engineering, Data visualization, AI infrastructure, Simulation systems, Cloud infrastructure, Systems thinking
