Director, FAM Practice Location: Atlanta, GA (remote work from home also allowed) Responsibilities: Lead the Field Asset Mobility (FAM) Practice assisting clients transform legacy systems and processes into a fully digital integrated environment. Serve as primary Solutions Architect and provide delivery quality oversight for all Field Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management Systems implementations. Collaborate with other Red Clay Directors on overall implementation strategies and best practices. Partner with software providers on product development roadmaps. Create and manage business plans, resource plans, and budget plans for the FAM practice. Mentor and train team members and support the recruiting pipeline.
