Job Title: Receptionist
Location: 314 Grove Neck Road, Earleville, MD
Company: Recovery Centers of America
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
About the Role
Recovery Centers of America is seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our facility. In this role, you will create a welcoming environment for guests, clients, and residents while delivering exceptional customer service. Your contributions will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for compassionate care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately
- Greet guests, new clients, and residents with warmth and professionalism
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Order and manage office supplies
- Coordinate and track facility maintenance requests
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma (required)
- Previous experience working with the public
- Strong clerical and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with switchboard operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality, including HIPAA compliance
