Overview
The Implementation Analyst II plays a key role in configuring, auditing and deploying RealPage Front Office solutions, including leasing, CRM, and prospect management tools. This role supports client implementation by translating business needs into system configurations, performing detailed quality audits, and ensuring a smooth setup and transition to production. With a strong understanding of RealPage Front Office platforms, you will contribute to successful go-lives by delivering accurate configurations, identifying and resolving set-up issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process excellence and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency in system setup, and a proactive approach to quality assurance and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Configure RealPage Front Office products based on client requirements.
- Interpret business rules and documentation to accurately set up workflows, pricing, leasing forms and system parameters.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and technical teams to ensure deliverables are met.
- Coordination of RealPage services including data conversion and training.
- Creating logos and completing web design tasks.
- Delivery on-time implementations, by agreement with customers.
- Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate to your leader, issues or risks to assigned implementations.
- Review client business practices and confirm data is converted in a way that best utilizes RealPage products.
- Review complex orders to confirm that all services being provided have been properly requested.
- Conduct pre-activation quality audits to verify that configurations align with client requirements, RealPage standards, and system best practices.
- Log, track, and coordinate resolution of configurations defects or gaps with internal teams.
- Participate in internal review sessions and internal meetings to confirm scope and status of configuration work.
- Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects within a short time frame.
- Communicate with management regarding the status of assignments and any obstacles encountered that may hinder the achievement of designated goals.
- Notify management of any complications, missing data or system defects that might delay the implementation
- Identify and assist with providing detail for resolution and enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects.
- Identify root causes of defects or inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Keep management informed of ideas to improve processes or procedures.
- Review, analyze, and provide feedback on the audit results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- With 3 years’ work experience in Digital Marketing, SEO and Graphic Designing
- With background using photoshop, SharePoint and Salesforce
- Technology/SaaS, Marketing/Digital Advertising and/or Property Management experience
- Ability to analyze documentation and client practices to determine the most effective configuration approach.
- Strong attention to detail in executing configurations, performing data conversions, and conducting quality reviews.
- Skilled in identifying configuration issues, logging defects, and coordinating timely resolutions.
- Capable of managing tight deadlines and delivering multiple implementations efficiently.
- Focused on guiding clients through the implementation process, aligning their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Well-versed in RealPage tools, standards, and best practices to support accurate and efficient setup.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS and design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for web and graphic-related tasks.
- Experienced in mapping and validating data, as well as configuring workflows and leasing forms.
- Able to set up workflows, pricing structures, and leasing forms in accordance with established standards.
- Responsible for auditing orders, conducting peer reviews, and validating configuration accuracy.
- Effective communicator who can escalate issues appropriately and respond with active listening.
- Collaborative team member who works closely with leadership, consultants, and technical support teams.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and capable of delivering engaging and effective training sessions.
- Proactive in identifying risks and suggesting process improvements to leadership.
- Knowledgeable in property management workflows and how RealPage products integrate with client operations.
- Applies structured onboarding techniques and advanced implementation methodologies to ensure success.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams for handling complex tasks.
- Maintains thorough documentation, tracks issues, reports risks, and keeps stakeholders informed.
- Able to teach complex topics using varied, learner-focused instructional methods.
- Conducts evaluations and refines training sessions based on participant feedback.
