Research and Operations Specialist - $71.25K – $77k

Summary: RCT Systems is seeking a professional Research Operations Specialist with a solid grasp of industry research techniques and an understanding of the Intelligence Community. The role involves running queries and conducting research to provide retrievable copies of documents for the customer, while maintaining a classified library and analyzing results to meet customer guidelines. Responsibilities: - Electronically review a subset of newly processed documents, identify potential duplicate documents in the existing document repository. Assess document duplicates and record decisions in the customer's automated system. The customer will provide training in duplicate document detection processing - Create memoranda or written reports documenting the results of quality assurance studies and investigations and associated recommendations including remediation - Scanning documents to provide customers with an electronic response when necessary Required Qualifications: - 1-5 years experience of searching/querying databases with ability to quickly adjust to new systems - TS/SCI with Polygraph - Driven self-starter who is preemptive in seeking clarification when needed and the capability to adapt to new processes - Must be a team player willing to collaborate and develop robust relationships with clients, colleagues and technical teams - Skilled in time management with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and multitask in order to meet tight deadlines - Goal oriented individual who is able to apply critical thinking and provide out of the box solutions - Experience with data calls and quick reaction tasks - Ability to communicate effectively with peers and various management levels delivering a proactive experience and approach to high quality services for all stake holders Required Skills: Database searching, TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, Data calls, Duplicate document detection, Quality assurance reporting Benefits: Competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance), Immediate 401k vesting, Generous PTO and flexible schedules, $500.00 annual technology allowance
