THE ROLE
Product Labels Coordinator
We are seeking a Product Labels Coordinator to own the day to day execution of product labels across regions, vendors, and categories. This role runs the operational engine for labels, ensuring every label is built from the correct approved template, has the right inputs, and is compliant by country at scale.
This person partners closely with Sourcing and Vendors to gather and validate label inputs, and works through our nominated label partner, Rudholm, using their platform to manage templates, translations, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Label Operations Ownership
- Own the end to end label workflow from request intake through release to production
- Operate the Rudholm platform daily to manage label templates, versions, and country specific requirements
- Ensure the latest approved templates are always used and prevent outdated or manual label creation
Sourcing & Vendor Partnership
- Partner directly with Sourcing and Vendors to collect, validate, and structure label inputs (materials, composition, care instructions, country requirements)
- Translate vendor provided information into clean, standardized inputs ready for label generation
- Reduce vendor back and forth by clarifying requirements upfront and enforcing structured inputs
Content, Compliance, and Accuracy
- Manage standard label content and required elements (company name, address, symbols, mandatory languages, wash codes)
- Coordinate with Creative, PD, and QA to confirm label content accuracy and approval status
- Leverage Rudholm’s translation and compliance services rather than manual or regional workarounds
Execution & Scale
- Prepare and QC structured data files (for example CSV parser files) for upload and order processing
- Support rollout of DPP and QR code enabled labels where required
- Build and maintain trackers, SLAs, and escalation paths to keep labels moving without delays
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in labels, trims, packaging, sourcing operations, or production coordination
- Experience working directly with vendors and sourcing teams on technical inputs and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and comfort owning version control and repeatable workflows
- Confident using Excel or Google Sheets to manage structured data and templates
- Able to operate independently, prioritize volume, and keep systems clean under load
- Bonus: familiarity with regional labeling requirements (US, CA, EU, UK) or DPP initiatives
WHY QUINCE?
Joining Quince means being part of a mission-driven team reshaping retail. You will work alongside talented colleagues, tackle meaningful challenges, and contribute to building a more sustainable, accessible future for customers and partners alike.
