Technician IV (Cleanroom)

Summary: QUANTUM GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES, LLC is part of the semiconductor industry, focusing on innovation and quality. They are seeking a Technician IV to provide advanced technical support for cleanroom and laboratory operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities: - In addition to the general duties of a Technician III, this position performs advanced cleaning, packing, and maintenance activities. This may include extensive chemical cleaning and stripping activities, delegation and assignment of work activities, signing off on Certificate of Analysis and test data and approving travelers - Is responsible for incoming, in-process and final inspection of parts. Able to work independently and perform all processes and activities related to the assigned product line - Participation in Quality Assurance program, safety program and completion of various trainings. Must be able to identify the occurrence of departures from the quality system - Specialized duties may include all of Technician III specialized duties, plus may act as a “Lead” technician for the assigned cleaning line(s), provide assistance to the R&D group for specialized cleaning activities, and assignment to the cleaning of 1st Article products - Safe use and disposition of hazardous chemicals for cleaning - May provide assistance in process improvement activities - On occasion, may deliver parts to customer using company delivery vehicle Required Qualifications: - Normally requires a HS Diploma with a minimum of 0-2 years of related experience, or equivalent - Requires aptitude, and a substantial understanding of all cleanroom processes - Requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record - Knowledge/aptitude, and basic understanding of cleanroom packing - Good communication skills - Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed - Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Required Skills: Cleanroom processes, Chemical cleaning, Inspection, Packing, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Safety program, Hazardous chemical handling, Process improvement, Certificate of Analysis review, Test data approval, First Article product cleaning Benefits: 401(k) eligibility, Various paid time off benefits, such as PTO (Paid Time Off) and parental leave
