YOUR MISSION
Position Summary: Responsible for Collecting, Managing, Analysing, and Reporting business data to support decision-making across departments.
Reporting to: Team Head LFR and SIS
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Generate performance reports for internal usage – Sales, stock, markdown, growth, profitability
Analyze business performance metrics – Sales productivity, Staff productivity
Create dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
Extract, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources.
Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, and retail partner teams.
Promotion communication to retail partners, track performance Vs promotion, maintain promotion calendar
Manage PAN India sales staff data, sales staff incentive calculation, uniform planning and execution to staff
KPIs:
Accuracy of reports
Timelines of MIS delivery
Data quality & integrity
Data management Process simplification / ability to add small XL driven automations

Regional Sales Team
Finance
HR
Merchandising & Planning
Sales Operations/ Warehousing/ Logistics
External Stake holders:
Retail Partner’s SPOC

Required Skills:
Advanced Microsoft XL ( Pivot Tables, Look ups, Dash boards, Power Query, index match)
Power Point as additional skill
SQL as additional skill
Power BI as additional skill
Decent written English.
