Job Description
Summary: Pulse Technology is a leading Cybersecurity-focused Managed Service Provider (MSP), dedicated to mitigating the cybersecurity risk of small and medium size businesses. They are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify leads, initiate conversations with key stakeholders, and book qualified appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and industry events, to identify and qualify potential leads interested in cybersecurity solutions
- Prospecting: Conduct thorough research on target industries, verticals, and personas to tailor outreach strategies and engage with decision-makers effectively
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their cybersecurity challenges and pain points, positioning Pulse Technology as the trusted partner for addressing their security needs
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring visibility and alignment across the sales team
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and opportunities, providing valuable insights and context to facilitate the sales process
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to effectively engage with prospects and address their evolving security concerns
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, prospect engagement, and opportunity conversion, contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales organization
Required Qualifications:

- Ability to commute to Schaumburg, IL 60173 is required
- Ability to relocate to Schaumburg, IL 60173 before starting work is required
