Job Description
Summary: PT Solutions Physical Therapy is a community committed to expanding access to quality care. As an HR Coordinator Intern, you will assist with various HR administrative duties, including processing payroll and maintaining employee records, while supporting the HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll
- Maintaining employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and escalate questions to HRBP when needed
- Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of the annual performance review process
- Processing invoices for Human Resources
- Assisting with creation, distribution and collection of feedback from company-wide annual survey
- Assisting in onboarding new hires
- Participating on cross-functional project teams needed
- Being collaborative, a team player, open and transparent, delivering results
- Taking on other duties & responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years HR experience required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protects sensitive data
- Strong interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and in a group setting, with high integrity, reasoned and thoughtful judgment, a sense of urgency and analytical and intuitive skills
- Strong follow-through and results tracking to achieve measurable targets
- Good organizational skills and an ability to be creative and to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Strong customer service skills, customer service driven, positive attitude
- Ability to use all necessary office equipment, faxes, copiers, etc
- Required to be proficient in Windows based technologies (ex. Word, Excel)
- Excellent time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree preferred
