The Role
This individual contributor role will act as a trusted business partner and liaison across the EMEA region.
You will join a team responsible for supporting the sales organization with pricing guidance, quote accuracy, and commercial compliance across multiple countries and markets.
Working closely with colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help provide pricing strategies and commercial recommendations that support both competitive positioning and profitable growth.
You will also apply your understanding of regional booking processes, contractual requirements, and operational policies to help ensure smooth and efficient transaction closures.
Success in this role requires strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their commercial operations experience while playing a key role in the sales transaction lifecycle across EMEA.
Your Day-to-Day
Serve as a primary point of contact for EMEA Sales teams on all matters related to quoting, pricing, and commercial requirements.
Conduct detailed reviews of customer account information using multiple data sources, including Salesforce (SFDC) and shared internal systems.
Partner with Sales teams to provide pricing guidance, assess transaction structure and eligibility, and review quotes for accuracy and compliance with pricing and product policies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, Professional Services, and Order Management to ensure regional business and audit requirements are met.
Ensure all required approvals - including discounting, non-standard commercial terms, and contractual exceptions - are properly documented and obtained in accordance with company policy.
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for Sales by helping internal stakeholders understand transaction requirements and business context.
Support transactions across multiple EMEA territories, balancing regional considerations, local market dynamics, and operational requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Support, or Order Management roles preferred; experience within a software or SaaS environment is advantageous.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and support commercial recommendations.
Familiarity with CPQ & AI platforms, Salesforce (SFDC), and Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and reporting capabilities.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed international organization.
Demonstrated success building collaborative working relationships across global and regional business functions.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting geographically distributed sales teams and navigating cross-border commercial processes.
