Job Description
Summary: PROJXON is a Business Optimization Consulting Company that focuses on empowering High-Impact organizations in various industries. The internship role involves guiding daily business operations, mentoring team members, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Guide daily business operations to ensure goals, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met
- Mentor team members and coordinate workloads to maintain productivity and quality
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and solve operational challenges
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience in business operations, team leadership, or project coordination
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience analyzing performance metrics and using data to drive decision-making and process improvements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams
- Ability to maintain a high level of accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail
