Job Description

As a claims administrative support specialist, you’ll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices while ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly and interacting with customers and medical providers when applicable.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting our claims branch offices
- Ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly
- Interacting with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience
- one year post-secondary education
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency using office equipment
- Proven organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
- Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment
- Customer service and follow-up skills
