Maintenance Make-Ready Technician

Summary: Price Brothers Management Company is a premier property management company focusing on residential properties around the Kansas and Missouri area. They are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Make-Ready Technician to join their team, playing a critical role in completing apartment maintenance and ensuring compliance with company standards. Responsibilities: - Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner - Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard - Assist with building and common area maintenance - Participate in Preventative Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking of property equipment Required Qualifications: - 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience - Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards - Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair) - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills - Prior knowledge of various building codes - Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state Required Skills: Multi-family Maintenance, Tool Use for Unit Preparation, General Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Plumbing Maintenance, Appliance Repair, Building Codes Knowledge, Customer Service Benefits: An array of outstanding health and wellness benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of service, Reasonable insurance premiums including 4 medical options, Dental, Vision, Life & disability, FSA dependent care, Legal assistance, Identity theft, Participate in the company’s 401k retirement plan, Enjoy paid time off, 10 holidays + your birthday
