The role involves handling high-volume commercial litigation and requires strong writing and organizational skills as the primary attorney on matters. Responsibilities: - You will be the primary attorney on your matters - High-volume commercial litigation - Pre-suit disputes through trial readiness - Motions, depositions, hearings, research - Drafting that holds it all together - You will appear in court - You will take depositions - You will write often - What you write will go out under your name Required Qualifications: - 1 to 5 years of experience as a litigation associate - Ability to handle high-volume commercial litigation - Experience with pre-suit disputes through trial readiness - Ability to draft motions, conduct depositions, and attend hearings - Strong writing skills - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to operate with independence - Ability to communicate difficult news to clients - Must live in South Florida - Ability to appear in court on short notice Required Skills: Commercial Litigation, Motions, Depositions, Hearings, Legal Research, Trial Readiness, Courtroom Appearance Benefits: Bonus potential, Benefits stipend, Remote work for the right candidate
