JOB SUMMARY: The marketing specialist will be a member of the motorcycle team and will execute all aspects of the Owner Loyalty and Consumer Outreach Programs for both motorcycle groups. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Owner Loyalty • Along with brand teams and IS, Plan and Execute the Motorcycle Owner Portal for Ride Groups, Outreach and VIP riders to guarantee an outstanding brand experience. • Plan and Execute the Motorcycle VIP Program at Corporate and Dealer Events for both brands. Consumer Outreach • Drive plans and execution of outreach programs for Indian Motorcycle and Victory Motorcycle brands. • Conduct R&D by segment group to become the expert in the demo and psychographics of the targeted consumer groups. • Along with brand teams and IS, Plan and Execute the Motorcycle Outreach programs and provide connectivity on web, in dealerships and at events to create a customized and outstanding brand experience for specific consumer groups. Additional • Along with each motorcycle group and Sales Team, you will become the central touch for the Owner Loyalty and Consumer Outreach programs for all cross functional teams including, IS, Web Team, PGA, Tech Service and Customer & Dealer support. • Manage and Execute the Dealership training modules for motorcycles, including Ride Groups and Outreach programs, assist motorcycle group and Sales Team to include in new dealers on-boarding to effectively ramp up program. • Develop and execute a quick resolution process to ensure customer satisfaction with Dealer and Polaris for Owners, Ride Group Members and Outreach Consumers. • Manage all aspects to the budgets, including estimated costs for design/development of programs and retail tools. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE • Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree preferred. • 3 to 5 years of related experience. Motorcycle industry experience preferred. • Proven track record of developing a clear strategy, implementing strategy and delivering results • Functional experience in finance, budgeting, marketing and sales, operations, product development and human resources. Will be a high impact person with experience and enthusiasm for building a strong and capable organization. • Self-motivated, proactive, focused high-achiever who consistently delivers results and has the ability to make rapid adjustments in response to industry changes. • Excellent written, negotiation, presentation and verbal communication skills. WORKING CONDITIONS • 30% travel required.
