Job Description
Summary: Pilgrim's is a leading global food company with more than 62,000 team members worldwide. They are looking for an Invoice Analyst to ensure accurate processing of third-party cold storage invoices while supporting monthly reporting and data analysis needs. The role involves maintaining rate documentation, preparing accruals, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to process improvement in invoice management.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze invoices submitted for payment, and reconcile any errors in a timely manner to keep accounts current
- Maintain rate database of all third-party accounts
- Compile monthly accrual report for company business units
- Develop and run reports and analysis related to Invoice Management
- Responsible for compiling data and identifying and quantifying opportunities, and recommending improvements
- Continuous implementation of process improvement of inventory and warehousing functions
- Initiate claims collections from third party warehouses
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a numbers‑driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to set priorities and consistently meet deadlines
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounts payable experience preferred
