TRILITH LOCATION COORDINATOR
Passion City Church
OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church that we are: for God and for people. The role of the Trilith Location Coordinator is to work alongside the Trilith Location Pastor to empower the ministry teams of Passion City Church // Trilith and to serve as a connecting point across different teams to ensure quality, health, and growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Embody and champion the culture of Passion City across the Trilith Location
- Provide full-scale administrative support to Location Pastor
- Manage Trilith Location Calendar
- Anticipate and prepare for strategic Sundays and other church gatherings
- Track Location data and statistics and have up to date information
- Manage the communication flow and monitor budgets between the Trilith Teams for LP
- Coordinate planning and details for special events pertaining to the Trilith Location (i.e. Easter, Christmas, etc)
- Assist the Location Pastor with scheduling, expenses, travel, communication and projects
- Manage the Door Holders for the Team Seating Section at Trilith
- Coordinate the roster invites and content for the hosting and giving lineup each week with LP

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday, 9a - 5p + all-day Sunday

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
Highly organized with strong relational, project management and administrative skills. Sees challenges as inspiring opportunities to be solved. Ability to mobilize people toward a common mission. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
