Supporting design and implementation of new or enhanced PMIS processes.
Act as a key resource for PMIS sustainment and support, providing:

Technical discussions as needed (non-development focused).
Partner closely with internal IT teams to support system integrations, configurations, and operational stability, with a primary focus on Trimble-related support.
Assist with ongoing evolution of PMIS business processes, including enhancements, new workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer, ensuring adoption and effective system use.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilots, and rollout activities for new processes and enhancements.
Monitor system usage, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement solutions to enhance performance and user experience.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring
Experience providing application or second-tier system support in a PMIS or enterprise system environment.
Familiarity with Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar tools (coordination/support level).
