They are seeking a detail-oriented Finance MBA Intern to assist in financial analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts - Support monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance - Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost management and efficiency initiatives - Conduct research and contribute to financial modeling projects to support strategic planning - Assist in maintaining financial systems and tools, ensuring accurate data input and reporting Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or have completed a MBA degree at an accredited college or university - Ability to work in our Philadelphia, PA office beginning in June through August - Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights - Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and understand the organization and analyze trends at a macro level - Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, including functions like pivot tables, v-lookups, and financial modeling - Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness - Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate findings and collaborate effectively with team members Required Skills: Financial Analysis, Excel Proficiency, Analytical Skills Important Skills: Strategic Vision Nice-to-Have Skills: Communication Skills, Attention to Detail Benefits: Casual and fun work environment
