Duties Include:
- Greet members warmly and assist with routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.)
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer accurately and efficiently
- Identify member needs and refer them to appropriate credit union services
- Ensure compliance with credit union polices and procedures
- Promote a positive member experience with every interaction

The pay for this position starts at $15.93 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
- Ability to decipher information and communicate with members and staff.
- Basic math, grammar, and verbal communication skills.
- Reasoning and problem solving skills.
- Full-time 40 hour per week position. Must be available to work any shift during our regular business hours.
