Mechanical Engineering Intern

Summary: Otter Products is hiring for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to support the mechanical engineering department while gaining practical skills. The intern will work on product-focused projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply engineering fundamentals to solve technical problems. Responsibilities: - Provide technical engineering assistance in support of product focused projects - Work with cross functional teams - May use Computer Aided Design (CAD) or other design software and/or Excel to document process - Apply basics of engineering to analyze and solve technical problems - Support engineering teams with special projects as needed - Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment - Other duties as required Required Qualifications: - Enrolled in (preferably at the Junior level or higher) or recently completed (within 1 year) bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Engineering related field from an accredited university or college required - Available to work up to 40 hr/week during the Summer Internship typical term of May - August required - Located or will be located near our Fort Collins, CO office.
