Senior Associate – Digital Technology Finance
Role Overview
The Senior Associate, Digital Technology Finance supports financial planning, reporting, and governance for key digital platforms across the organization. This role partners closely with Digital Technology and Finance teams to assist in forecasting, cost management, and financial close processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager or Director of Digital Technology Finance, this position offers strong exposure to enterprise technology investments, hands‑on analytical experience, and opportunities to contribute to improving financial processes within a growing digital organization.
On a typical day you will:
Support planning, forecasting, and financial reporting activities for digital technology functions and platforms.
Aggregate data from technology partners to track and report on Digital product KPIs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for performance monitoring and decision-making.
Assist with month‑end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and cost allocations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Partner with technology and finance teams to develop insights and support decision‑making through data analysis and reporting.
Support efforts to improve financial processes, reporting quality, and controls across supported areas.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field (required).
2–4 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting, with exposure to forecasting, reporting, or close processes.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data and multiple datasets.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
Interest or experience supporting large organizations or technology-related functions.
Preferred: progress toward CPA or MBA; familiarity with enterprise financial systems (e.g., JD Edwards or similar).
Role Positioning & Growth Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in Digital Technology Finance by supporting high‑impact financial activities and gaining exposure to cross‑functional teams and leadership. The Senior Associate will develop core FP&A capabilities, contribute to scalable processes, and be well-positioned for advancement within Otis FP&A Organization.
Thesalary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
