Our team is dedicated to identifying and treating the root cause of pain through advanced, patient-centered care. From radiofrequency ablation and neurostimulation to ketamine therapy and genicular artery embolization, we provide innovative treatment options that help patients regain function and improve quality of life.
The Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and organized Medical Receptionist to support both administrative and patient-facing operations within our clinic. In this role, you’ll help create a positive patient experience by managing front desk responsibilities, supporting clinical workflows, maintaining accurate electronic medical records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll DoFront Desk & Patient Support
- Check patients in and out
- Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls
- Collect co-pays, deposits, insurance information, and required documentation
- Prepare and maintain patient charts and records
- Deliver compassionate support and assistance to patients and families
Administrative & EMR Responsibilities
- Work within EMR systems daily to support clinical and administrative workflows
- File and maintain electronic medical records in an organized format
- Obtain and record patient information, medical histories, vitals, and test results
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records in compliance with HIPAA
Clinic Operations & Compliance
- Prepare examination rooms and maintain a clean facility environment
- Maintain office and clinical supplies
- Adhere to clinical guidelines, HIPAA, OSHA, and facility policies
- Complete assigned annual mandatory training
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- At least one (1) year of administrative experience required
- Minimum one (1) year of hands-on EMR experience required
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Knowledge of medical terminology, clerical procedures, and patient confidentiality standards
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
