Job Description
Summary: OpenEye is a cloud video platform company that provides solutions for video security, business intelligence, and loss prevention. They are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow channel partners while supporting Regional Sales Managers in their territories.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing customer base of channel partners, by increasing share of wallet, as well as, adding new channel partners
- Pro-actively generate meetings and opportunities by positioning the value of OpenEye
- Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, taking inbound calls and following up on leads
- Comfortable talking with prospects and internal/external customers and building relationships. Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while providing Heroic customer service and driving revenue
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Successfully explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Following up on quotes, updating CRM, closing sales and achieving sales targets
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Highly Motivated and self-starting individuals with a desire to create a career at OpenEye
- High school diploma/GED Required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent inbound and outbound calling skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales and account management experience is preferred
- com and other CRM experience is a plus but can be trained
