Architectural Intern (Summer 2026)

Summary: OneFourTwo Design Group is seeking a summer intern to join their Architecture team in Charlotte, NC for Summer 2026. The role involves assisting architects with various tasks, including project development, site planning, and preparing presentation materials. Responsibilities: - Assisting in the development of architectural projects from pre-design phase through construction - Organizing site and space planning information for construction project managers - Researching building codes, local zoning, and park covenants - Preparing of rendering and presentation material - Reviewing and coordinating construction documents content with construction project manager, consultants as it relates to projects Required Qualifications: - Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 - Currently enrolled in Architecture degree program - Working knowledge of Revit Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with CAD, Photoshop or Sketchup Required Skills: Architecture, Revit, CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Building Codes, Local Zoning, Construction Documents, Rendering, Presentation Material Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Housing stipend (based on need), Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage when you Intern or Co-op with us for at least 3 months, Company sponsored lunches, happy hours and events, Stocked kitchen with coffee, soda, and snacks
