Inventory Data Coordinator

Summary: OMI Industries is a leader in manufacturing natural odor eliminating solutions, committed to using plant oils for safe and effective products. They are seeking a motivated Inventory Data Coordinator to ensure data accuracy within the ERP system and support daily operations related to inventory and supply chain functions. Responsibilities: - Conduct cycle counts periodically for all departments within OMI Industries, ensuring inventory accuracy and identifying discrepancies - Assist in item setups and updates in NetSuite to maintain accurate and efficient system records - Understand and assist in GS1/UPC certification, including assigning and maintaining accurate UPC codes - Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory tracking, reduce shrinkage, and enhance operational efficiency - Create and monitor reports on inventory accuracy, adjustments, and stock levels - Assist with internal and external inventory audits procedures for ISO - Assist with ERP System data entry, and lead inventory report out meetings - Analyze Inventory Levels, Reorder Points, and assist in Supply Chain planning - Maintains a safe, clean working environment - Complete new employee and annual safety training - Clean up work area according to procedures - Follow 5S methodology - Participate in quality and continuous improvement efforts - Participates in huddles - Participates in improvement meetings Required Qualifications: - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Commitment to excellence and high standards - Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm - Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions - Required onsite Forklift Certification - Continually required to stand - Frequently required to walk - Occasionally, required to sit - Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity - Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl - Continually required to talk or hear - Frequently/required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds - Occasionally exposure to wet and/or humid conditions (non-weather) - Continually work near moving mechanical parts - Occasionally exposure to outside weather conditions - Occasionally loud noise (examples: metal can manufacturing, large earth-moving equipment) Required Skills: ERP system data entry, Inventory management, Cycle counting, NetSuite, GS1/UPC certification, UPC code assignment, Inventory tracking, Inventory reporting, Inventory audit procedures, ISO standards, Supply chain planning, Forklift certification, work with minimal supervision, Commitment to excellence, high standards, Versatility, follow written, verbal instructions Benefits: Employee Referral Program, Bonus eligible after one year of employment, Growth opportunities, Free PPE available, 401k matching up to 5% of your annual salary - available after 6-months of employment, Affordable health, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits - available first of the month following the date of hire, Company social and celebratory events, Company swag/wearables, Milestone awards for 1, 3, 5+ years, Safe and friendly work environment
