Case Manager Assistant – Entry Level (Legal Field)

Summary: Omega Law Group is a prestigious personal injury law firm serving California and Texas. They are excited to announce entry-level openings for Case Manager Assistants to support their case managers and attorneys in delivering exceptional legal services. Responsibilities: - Collect, organize, and file medical records and documents - Initiate insurance claims - Open Medi-Cal/Medicare/Private Insurance Liens - Support investigation efforts and coordinate with investigators to collect witness statements - Arrange medical appointments for clients - Order and check status of Traffic Collision Reports - Assist with client communications - Draft and send miscellaneous letters - Fill out and file forms (i.e. SR1 and SR19) - Provide daily assistance to the Case Manager - Cover for the Case Manager in case of absence - Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, processes, and procedures - Capable of efficiently managing high work volumes in a fast-paced setting and adapting to changes - Ability to maintain professionalism, always responding calmly and courteously - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision - Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments, with a willingness to take on additional duties as required - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in Spanish is desirable; candidates fluent in Spanish are encouraged to apply Required Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Spanish Benefits: Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan available, Career Development: Opportunities for professional growth and advancement, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Free onsite parking
