Job Description
Summary: Omega Force Appliance Repair is one of the largest appliance repair providers in Minnesota, seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their fast-growing team. The role involves generating new revenue through handling inbound sales inquiries and building relationships with existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer a large volume of incoming sales calls per day
- Handle a significant number of online and text message live chat conversations with prospects and customers
- Monitor inbound sales e-mail box and respond promptly to inquiries
- Work closely with our marketing department to test a variety of call scripts, pricing strategies, and selling approaches
- Follow-up on leads and in-progress jobs
- Build strong relationships with your assigned accounts
- Track all sales opportunities within a CRM system, and drive towards moving every opportunity through the sales process with effective follow-up, negotiation and ultimately winning deals
- Act as a single point of contact for your accounts, providing quotations, handling status inquiries, and assisting with other needs/inquiries
- Follow-up regularly with your customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and assess potential for additional sales opportunities
- Prospect for new customers when time allows
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of recent sales experience (outbound sales, inside sales, phone sales, retail sales, or in-person/outside sales)
- Capacity for multi-tasking, staying organized, setting priorities, and managing time effectively
- Friendly, fun and outgoing personality
- Great at multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
- Excellent at building relationships
- Very organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident with a friendly and enthusiastic phone presence
- Great at timely and thoughtful follow-up
- Quick on your feet and quick to absorb and remember new information
- Strong drive for growth and success
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales training is a plus
- BA/BS/vocational degree preferred, but not required (with ability to demonstrate sufficient previous experience)
