Summary: ofi North America is cultivating high-potential individuals to become the next generation of Business Leaders through their 12-month Business Leadership Development Program. The program offers immersive experiences across various business functions, aiming to equip participants with leadership skills and insights into the company's operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities: - Organizational Onboarding to the ofi ecosystem - our people, values, operating model, and what makes us unique. You will build a strong foundation to belong and succeed within our organization - Business Rotations with real-world experiences across all our solution platforms at our corporate offices and operations facilities across North America. You will take on crucial business responsibilities and work side-by-side with tenured business experts to deliver impactful results - Developmental Support including skill-building classes, mentorship by senior leaders, self-discovery assessments, professional networking, and timely feedback. You will hone your personal effectiveness, leadership skills, and technical capabilities in a supportive setting - Capstone Project addressing a high-impact business challenge or emerging opportunity selected by you and your senior leader mentor.
