Job Title: Data Center Operations Specialist Why Join Imagine being part of a team that keeps the heartbeat of OCBC's operations running smoothly. As a Data Center Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the bank's data centers are always available, secure, and efficient. You'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to be proactive and meticulous in your approach. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that our data centers are always running at optimal levels. You'll also need to stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in data center operations. What you do Your day-to-day tasks will include: Monitoring and maintaining data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems Performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure high availability and uptime Collaborating with IT teams to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies Developing and implementing processes to improve data center efficiency and reduce costs Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Who you are A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable At least 3 years of experience in data center operations or a related field Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
