Job Description
Summary: O'Reilly Auto Parts is offering a Summer Internship Program that allows students to work closely with experienced leaders and professionals. Interns will assist their team with special projects and daily tasks, while also designing their Career Development Plan under the guidance of a mentor.
Responsibilities:
- Assist their team with special projects and daily tasks that will contribute to the success of the company
- Design their Career Development Plan and complete tasks and projects to gain the experience necessary to achieve their career goals
Required Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Entering their junior or senior year of college (minimum 60 completed credit hours), or be a graduate student
- Participate in on or off-campus activities outside of the classroom
- Excellent communicators, both verbal and written
- Passionate about contributing to and being a part of a positive culture based on win-win attitudes
- Contribute to their local community through community outreach, service projects, etc
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) for 10 weeks during summer
