What We are looking for  As an IT Procurement Associate at Novibet, you will support the effective delivery of procurement activities across a range of IT categories, including software, hardware, and IT services. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence across sourcing, supplier management, and procure-to-pay processes, while ensuring alignment with business needs and internal governance standards. What you will work on • Support procurement activities across IT categories (e.g. software, hardware, and IT services) • Assist in the execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives • Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to support data-driven decisions • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process efficiency • Review and validate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in line with agreed terms • Support approval workflows in accordance with internal governance and authorization thresholds • Participate in RFx processes (RFQ/RFP), including documentation preparation and supplier communication • Analyze supplier proposals and support evaluation and selection processes • Collaborate with Finance and suppliers to resolve invoicing issues and ensure smooth service delivery • Assist in supplier onboarding, due diligence, and contract management processes • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on procurement processes and best practices  What you bring • Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field • Exposure to Professional Services categories (e.g., consulting,IT, legal, HR) is preferred • Familiarity with procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and systems (Coupa experience is an advantage) • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) • Additional language(s), such as Spanish or Portuguese, will be considered a plus What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
