Job Description
Summary: Northwestern Mutual: Bouchard Financial Group is seeking new Financial Advisors to join their growing practice. The role involves providing expert guidance in financial planning, maintaining compliance, and building a strong client base through networking and referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and innovative solutions for the planning needs of individuals and businesses in the areas of retirement planning, insurance and investment services, estate planning, business planning, education funding, and employee benefits
- Obtain state insurance licenses (215, SIE, Series 6 and Series 63)
- Prospecting, networking and finding referrals to Identify and pursue potential clients while maintaining a strong client base
- Maintain compliance with all rules and regulations in the financial industry
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings
Required Qualifications:
- MUST live in Florida Lee County, Collier County and some portions of Charlotte County
- Obtain state insurance licenses (215, SIE, Series 6 and Series 63)
- Maintain compliance with all rules and regulations in the financial industry
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings
- This role requires company sponsored licensing and contracting, which includes clearing a criminal and civil background check
- This role involves handling client assets and sensitive financial information. Ideally no pending bankruptcies or unresolved financial obligations—including past-due balances over $25,000—that can impact your ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the role
