Summary: Northrop Grumman is a trusted provider of mission-enabling solutions for global security, seeking an Associate Pricing Analyst/Pricing Analyst to support the Marine Logistic Support aftermarket product line team. The role involves preparing pricing backups, researching historical data, developing cost models, and supporting proposal efforts in a high-volume product line. Responsibilities: - Prepare pricing backup (i.e., Detailed Material Summary Report (DMSR), proposal visibility files, and cost volumes) - Work on multiple proposals simultaneously - Research and analyze historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts - Review Basis of Estimates, provide author feedback, and ensure compliance with FAR part 15 - Develop certifiable cost volumes with a high attention to detail to ensure correct formatting, correct enclosures/disclosures, and accurate data - Communicate with Material Estimating, Contracts, GSC, and PMO to correctly price solicitations in alignment with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements - Update databases with pricing dates - Coordinate activities and participate in fact-finding meetings - Participate as a member of the contract negotiating team - Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers - Support the internal certification and external certification process Required Qualifications: - Be completing or has completed their bachelor's degree from an accredited institution - Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Global Supply Chain, Legal Studies, Project Management, Liberal Arts, etc.) - Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) - Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word - Be completing or has completed their Master's degree from an accredited institution - Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Global Supply Chain, Legal Studies, Project Management, Liberal Arts, etc.) - Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) - Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word Preferred Qualifications: - Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher - Have prior Business relevant internship or work experience - Have existing active U.S. Government security clearance - Experience working with DoD proposals - Experience with cost accounting, pricing and estimating concepts and principles - Knowledge of FAR and DFARS - Experience in pricing, negotiating, or administering various contract types Required Skills: MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, DoD proposals, Cost accounting, Pricing, Estimating concepts, principles, FAR, DFARS, Contract negotiation, Contract administration, Customer relationship building, Decision making under tight deadlines Benefits: Health Plan, Savings Plan, Paid Time Off, Education Assistance, Training and Development, 9/80 Work Schedule (where available), Health insurance coverage, Life and disability insurance, Savings plan, Company paid holidays, Paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business
